Purpose of the Research
My mission is to explore the potential for enhancing self-healing through meditation, guided visualisation and holistic wellness practices. The purpose of this research is to show enhanced healing and positive changes in emotional and physical body states. Measurements and data gathered will include assessment of health-related quality of life measures, questionnaires, feedback forms, and qualitative interviews.
Process
The protocol used during this research will include a daily protocol to be followed, based on listening to an audio recording with focused breath-work meditation, guided visualisation and affirmations combined with an EFT-based tapping technique, and ‘laying of hands’ or energy healing technique.
