Purpose
Our mission is to demonstrate enhanced healing and positive changes in emotional and physical health. We will measure health-related quality of life, gather feedback, and conduct qualitative assessments.

There are no anticipated risks apart from the ordinary challenges encountered in day-to-day life.
Process

You will listen to a skillfully crafted, science-based meditation and guided visualization audio recording daily for 21 days (3 weeks). Simply follow along with the holistic meditation daily and experience a mind-body-spirit-based integrative practice.
- You can do it from the comfort of your own home. The entire process is delivered online.
- Includes an initial intake call and a program wrap-up call at the end of the program."
Commitment:

Daily Protocol: 23 minutes per day for a minimum of 21 days.
